Food giant, Del Monte has selected OpenPages Sarbanes-Oxley Express (SOX Express) for its compliance initiative.

SOX Express is used to automate a company's evaluation process and internal controls documentation. In particular so they can achieve compliance with Sections 302 and 404 of the act.

Testing and reviewing of internal controls can be a time consuming and expensive business. Following the introduction of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, compliance management has become one of the hottest growth areas for automation.
