Novocoast, an IT professional services firm is to acquire Cincinnati Network Solutions (CNS).

CNS covers Cincinatti and cities in Ohio, Kentucky and West Virginia.

CNS originally provided network services to small and mid-sized companies. Services included PC and server installation, upgrades, troubleshooting, and general IT consulting. CNS has since built a set of core competencies in identity management (IDM), Linux, and IT resource management.
