CACI International is to acquire Information Systems Support (ISS) . The technology company is a vendor of ISO:2000 certified solutions to the US government.

ISS covers three main areas, Information technology, communications and logistics.

Government customers include the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy and other Defense Department agencies, the Justice department.

CACI brought ISS to expand its offering in the fast growing national security market.

Financial details were not disclosed. The deal is due to close in the CACI's third quarter ending in March 2006.
