vCert from Vidiom Systems has been launched as an automated test environment for OCAP devices.

Vidiom's main markets are the cable and consumer electronics industries.

The new software will enable manufacturers to test and debug set-top boxes and TVs so that devices can be qualified prior to placing them on networks.

vCert is a an integrated, turn-key system with all the software, hardware and documentation required to test an OCAP device. Vidiom can also offer consultancy as an aid.
